READ: The quality of your viewing is dependant upon the speed of your Internet connection, also known as bandwidth. Common speeds are 56K, 100K and 300K. If you have a high-speed connection  (which if you don't have you should get e.g., DSL, ISDN, cable modem or T1), you might be able to play films at 100K, 300K or even 1000K speeds with increased quality. There are no hard-and-fast rules. Sometimes the Internet gets clogged with traffic, and your connection's speed can vary. Try experimenting with different speeds .
